Gym/Fitness Center

Recommended Posts

Has anyone gone to the Gym/Fitness Center on board (Massages don't count)? Is it well equipped? Free Weights or just Nautalis Machines? Plenty of treadmills in case the 90 degree weather is too much for a run around the deck track?

Yes, it's fully equipped and very up dated (although, I think Freedom class fitness center is the best). Many, many machines. Free weights and weight machines. Cycle classes for a charge along with a few others.

The fitness center is very busy in the mornings, sea days and late afternoon. You may even have to wait.

The track is a covered area. The breeze from the ocean feels great. This also connects to the gym, too.

Excellent choice of free weights and dumbells up to 100lbs each I believe. Also a Smith Machine too. Plenty of treadmills and other cardio

That said, the location is the big disappointment. Not high up in a crows nest position like on most ships including other RCCL vessels.
