Allure Room 7595 Question

Recommended Posts

We are looking at the Allure for April 2012. Our family of four prefers an inside room with two pullmans vs sofabed for two. There are not many of these type of rooms on the Allure (Cat. L). Room 7595 is the only one available for the sailing that we are looking at, but it brings up a couple of questions: 1) it is surrounded by Promenade Room category insides, but this is a Cat. L. I assume this means that there is no window? If so why not? Microphone or spotlight for the promenade mounted here? Bridge accross the promenade here? and 2) it looks like it is directly below Vintages on deck 8. Does anyone have any experience with rooms under these Central Park locations regarding noise being heard?

I guess noise is our main concern. This is a very specific question, but there may be someone out there who has stayed in this room or knows the answer.

Thank you.

In case you don't see my reply in the other thread, I will post when we get back from the June 5th sailing and let you know how it was. :D

OK here's the scoop. The kids said they could hear noise from above like rolling carts or something...but not bad enough to keep them awake or anything.

The room is standard size. When you walk in the beds are straight ahead, bathroom, sofa and closet are to the right, vanity and TV to the left. The cabin is about 15 cabins down from the elevator banks. Good location.

It's directly above Sorrento's and in between promenade cabins. If you're looking up at your cabin from the promenade, all you see is wall between the prom cabins. I'm going to try and post the pics I took in another post, but not sure if it will work.

If you want more info, let me know. :D
