Passport Address change

Good Morning all!!

 

I was just wondering if anyone has had to do a change of address for their passport? I have looked online and can find the forms for a name change etc. but nothing says change of address.

 

Do I just use Form DS5504?

We don't sail until November 20, 2011 so I have plenty of time but want to get this taken care of now and definately not last minute.

Page 7 of your passport booklet has a space for you to enter current address information.

i don' think there is a form. i had wondered and searched this myself as i recently bought a home and moved. your passport does not have an address on it. i never worried with it as i figure our government knows how to find me. sorry i know that's not much help.
