Earliest to get daypass??

I will be in Nassau in August, and our ship gets in port at 7am and leaves at 1pm. I was wondering what the earliest is that we can get day passes at the sheraton or wyndham? also, does anyone have any suggestions of what to for that short period of time? we wanted to relax at one of these hotels for a bit, jet ski, and visit the straw market. does this sound reasonable? tia!

Also, if we get a day pass and want to leave to grab a bite to eat and come back, can we do that? Leave and re-enter throughout the day?

Yes, you can come and go.

Pools and beach open at 9am.

Be aware that early morning is check out time, and there can be a line, so go early be on the beach by 9am

 

If you are going to the wyndham, it includes a lunch buffet. Also, there are deli/starbucks/ice cream/ cafe's etc on the premise, so you really don't have to leave throughout the day.
