Virtually all of the boats do a morning trip from approx 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. boarding to a 12:30 - 1:00 return.

Sebago http://www.keywestsebago.com/snorkeling.php list 9:00 - 12:30

 

Floridays http://www.floridays.org/ lists 10:00 - 1:00 and has recently refurbished their boat.

 

These are in order of cost and have reduced prices for on-line booking.

Used Sebago and was very happy, depending on where you dock though you might have to jog back to the ship with any of the companies because the all aboard will be before your 2 pm departure.

I went on an afternoon snorkel trip with the Floridays just this past May and liked it enough to do a review with photos. It's pricier than the other two, but the sailing is 1/2 the fun...
