Is it possible?? I know his name and he was so great the last time we cruised. Can i just call carnival and ask if he is available or even still works there?? They should be able to accomodate you. Or is there somewhere i can see this information on my carnival profile or something. Please let me know asap. Thank you!!!

If you have his name and five digit extension you won't have any trouble reaching him...

No, there isn't but there really aren't very many of those folks. If you call the 800 number and ask for him by name I'm sure they'll be able to transfer you...

call the 1800# and get "close" to the name and they will find him or her for you... they are awesome about it :)
