nathand95 Posted June 8, 2011 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2011 When I cruised on the Epic I was 15 (16 now) and of the 5 cruises I have been on, the Epic had the best teen club by far! First, the teen counselors are great and very involved. During my sailing they were Kim,Fraggle,Yoda, and Kiki. Kim and Fraggle are the main ones. I'm fairly certain Kim and Kiki are still there, but I think Fraggle left. They were very fun to just hang out with and play games with or talk to. The activities are definitely varried (scavenger hunts, video games, air hockey, charades, teen dinners, basketball, etc, etc. However, I didn't participate in many. I just met my friends there and we went off to do other stuff. The few I did participate in were fun though. The Epic is such a huge ship with so many passengers there will likely be many teens. Your son should have no problem meeting people and finding things to do. Have a great cruise! Also, the arcade is directly below the Teen Lounge. You might consider setting a limit on his card for games. It's easy to get carried away! The games are also very modern. If you would like to read my review of my trip on the Epic here is the link: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1395921 It is very long with alot of pictures and details, but it my interesting to see the viewpoint of a teen.
