Husky tours difference????

We are doing a land tour first and in Fairbanks part of the tour is a stop at Susan Butchers sled dog team. We were planning on going to Jeff Kings husky tour in Denali. How different are these tours or are they pretty much the same? Do not want to waste money on a 2nd tour when the Susan Butchers is already included. Also want to hold the adorable puppies.

Of course as Susan passed away a few years ago, she won't be there to greet you. Often Jeff King greets his visitors.

 

As far as holding puppies: depends on whether or not the place has any.

Is the Fairbanks tour that stops at Butcher's place actually the river boat? If it is, you stay on the boat and they talk to you from shore, so you aren't that close and there's no holding of puppies.
