SuperShuttle Galveston Cruise Terminal

Has anyone used Supershuttle, to be transported from the Galveston Cruise Terminal to the Houston IAH airport?

What arrangements do they make for a pickup time, and how dependable are they? I know ship debarkation can be chaos at the best of times for reliable, timely transportation.

We want to reserve the private van, since their will be 6 of us, but need to be off the Carnival Magic on January 8th 2012, and transported to the airport for a 2pm flight.

For experienced Supershuttle users... Is this realistic?

I booked Supershuttle to Galveston and back for our upcoming cruise. I phoned and booked a private van and they ask what time did I want pick-up, you allow a15 min window.

Do self-debarkation and that should get you off the ship as early as possible.

I'm disembarking the Magic on Jan 8th too. I'm considering a Hobby-BCN flight at 11:40 do you think it's doable?

We should be at Hobby at 9:30.

I also wanted to use super****tle for the 6 of us.

I also booked the super shuttle and it is a private van for up to 8 people. My instructions are to call them as soon as we are off the ship, and they will come get us in up to 45 minutes. Not the quickest turn a round but they can not park at the terminal evidently, and they never know how long it will take the passengers to disembark and clear customs...

 

But, I have many hours to kill before my outbound flight, and no car, so we are in no hurry to arrive at the airport. I plan to be one of the last passengers to disembark....:)
