Roll Call - June 26, 2005 West Bound Transatlantic

Is anyone going on this Transatlantic? I have booked myself and my 14 year old daughter in this crossing. This will be our 2nd cruise on the QM2.

 

I'd like to have a meet and greet if we can get enough intrest!!

We have not done a lot of cruises, and have never been aboard the QM2.

Great we are not alone! The ship is beautiful and the service was not as bad as some make it out to be. We had a super time last year and can't wait to sail on her again.

My wife Kate and myself will be on this cruise and look forward to meeting you and your daughter. This is our first cruise on the QM2 and any hints you can pass along would be appreciated (good and bad tables in Britannia etc.)

I received my docs today. Just a few more days till we sailaway. I had to call the travel agent to find out about the formal nights - I guess Cunard no longer sends out info regarding dress. My understanding is there will be 3 formal nights; Black and White Ball - Ascot Ball (Hats optional) - Masqurade Ball (Masks optional).

 

So I hope we can all meet ALL OUR FELLOW CRUISE CRITIC's Members in the Commodores Club, Port side, 2pm Monday, June 27 for drinks.
