We will be going on Carnival Destiny on July 7th.

 

We have booked Outside Window Cabin for 2 Adults and 2 kids.

Brother and his family is traveling with us.

 

He has booked similar outside Window Cabin for 5 people. He, His wife, 2 kids and his MIL.

 

Question:

 

 

- How big the rooms will be?

- How big the window will be?

- What kind of sitting arrangement for 5 people in a small cabin?

Yikes. have you priced out another cabin to put some of those people in?

 

Especially for the 3 adults.

It really isnt all that bad as long as you keep the cabin somewhat organized. Get an over the door shoe holder--and use it. Keep everything off the vanity.

 

Unpack everything- do not live out of suitcases.

Store emply luggage inside each other and place under the beds.

 

know that you can use the shower in the gym to get ready for the day

 

Upper bed will be above the convertible sofa- which does not pull out but the back comes off and is made into a bed.

 

Keep the upper bed down during the day- the kids can sit up there-- out of the way for watching tv while others are getting ready.

 

Ask the steward to change the sofa bed back to the sofa during the day.

 

There are two Very large drawers under that sofa-- utilize the space
