Best Salmon in Alaska

My family and I are looking for a place to have great salmon while in Alaska. Some have recommended the Thane Ore House in Juneau but we have read some mixed reviews. Any other recommendations?

There are many restaurants to have fresh, wild salmon. It would be helpful if you would list cities where you want recommendations. Alaska is a big place.

In Anchorage, I like Orso http://www.orsoalaska.com and Southside Bistro http://www.southsidebistro.com (A hidden gem, IMO)

 

In Ketchikan, I like the Cape Fox Lodge (Heen Kahidi Dining Room) http://www.capefoxlodge.com/heen_kahidi.html

In Anchorage, Simon and Seaforts (http://www.simonandseaforts.com) is serving Copper River Salmon with a honey/blueberry glaze. Awesome!
