tamscottc Posted March 21, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2005 Hi All, If we book 2 adults, and decide later to bring along our son...can he just be added to our booking? Is there a time frame this can be done up until? Thanks.. Tammy
MrPete Posted March 21, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2005 First thing is to find out if the room you booked can even accomodate 3.

kujobie Posted March 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 21, 2005 You can make changes without penalty prior to final payment date which is usually about 90 days prior to sailing, depending on the length of the cruise.
Stircrzy Posted March 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 21, 2005 I was able to add a person 7 days from my recent sailing on the Ecstasy in March. She was a past guest and they had her information still in the computers from our August 2004 cruise. I had to pay the 3rd person rate for that cabin category. herb Posted March 21, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 21, 2005 You may want to check whether ALL balcony cabins accomodate 3. Remember...You have a guaranteed BALCONY... not a guaranteed TRIPLE.
blwms Posted March 21, 2005 #7 Share Posted March 21, 2005 I think that all balcony cabins on the Conquest/Glory have a sofa that is a third bed. I could be wrong but never have seen a balcony without that arrangement.
basketballmom Posted March 21, 2005 #8 Share Posted March 21, 2005 Another thing to take into consideration is the ship's capacity. If the ship is at it's passenger capacity, you will not be able to add another person to your stateroom whether it can accomodate 3 or not. These are Coast Guard regulations, not cruiseline. Remember - Triples and Quads usually sell out quicker than doubles.

I could be wrong but never have seen a balcony without that arrangement. Not all sofas are made into beds. There are some cabins that only hold 2 people. BSBRose21 Posted March 21, 2005 #10 Share Posted March 21, 2005 Isnt the ship's capacity if all rooms are filled. So wouldn't they add all the people you could possibly fit into each room and that would be the ship's total capacity?
