My husband decided that it is not worth it to go to Butchart Gardens on a firework/concert night with only 6 hours in port.

We are going to explore the city in the little time we have.

 

Has anyone done the Victoria Waterfront Tour walking tour Nici Baughman? They are known for their kayak tours but they have a walking tour from 7:00 - 8:30PM for $15.
