Pride itinerary-phone contact with home

We are thinking of the Pride itinerary leaving from Baltimore with stops in Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk, and Freeport, Bahamas.

 

Given that two stops are private islands will there be phone cards and a phone system somewhere in the port area to call home from Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk? Can anyone tell me directions to a place in any of these ports?

 

If not is there an ability to use your own cell with local rates rather than ship rates? How does this work for non-U.S. citizens (ie cell plan)?

 

Given a potential for health crisis at home; can you actually leave at any of these ports for a flight home?
