Does anyone know if I need to have 6 day passes if only 4 out of 6 people will using the pools. 2 of us will probably be in the casino but would like to go check on my friends and kids in the pool sometimes though out the day. Will I be stopped from entering the pool area all together or will I be aloud to go find them. I will not be in swim attire, therefore, obviously not going to be using there pools. I don't want to have to get 2 rooms at comfort suites for the 6 bands if I don't need to. Thanks.

You will not be allowed on the grounds AT ALL without a pass. You will not be allowed by the pools, or even out the back door.

My advice would be that you get 4 passes including adults at the CS.. then purchase 2 kids passes for $80 ea.

If you kids are not in their late teens, they will not be allowed on the grounds unsupervised.

Should we make reservations before we go? I will be traveling with the DH, our 16 yr DS and his 17 yr best friend. Do you think they are old enough to be left on their own at the waterpark? Just your opinion would be appreciated, I won't hold ya to it.;) Also, just to be clear, you get 4 bands per room, is that correct? How do you get to Atlantis from the Comfort Inn, I've read so much but I'm still confused. What is the shortest route to the Atlantis from the CI in your opinion? Thanks for all your help!:D Edited to show that I noticed it was Scubagirl to the rescue again!

Reservation for CS should be booked before you arrive. This time of year they sell out, but also, the last minute prices are usually higher.

Room rate is for 2 ppl, you must add add'l ppl in the room (to a max of 4). to get 4 bracelets. there's also lots of taxes and surcharges.. so make sure you know your bottom line beforehand.

Atlantis is just across the street from CS. About a 3 minute walk. Unfortunately, Atlantis is huge, and you'll walk more to get your passes, again to get your towels and again to the park itself.

Personally, I don't let my kids/grands go too far without knowing where they are or where they are heading.. There are 10,000 ppl or more in the park. 30 or so water pools, lagoons and other spots. Things happen.

I think, at least a "check in" point every once in a while is necessary. I wouldn't be sitting in the casino while my kids were in the park.. if that's what you are thinking. that's just me.

Your kids should be ok for
