underwater scooter rental Coki beach St Thomas

My family will be on a Royal caribbean cruise in May. While in St Thomas we are already signed up for SNUBA at Coki Beach thru RCCL. RCCL offers a "power snorkel" excursion, which looks like rental of an underwater scooter. Like any male who has ever seen THUNDERBALL my son and I would like to try the underwater scooters.

 

Are rentals available from someone at Coki beach? How much? Was it worth it?

Thanks. I emailed them - no reply. Called their toll free number. They do not rent underwater scooters ( DPVs ) but told me that they were provided by the same operator which provided SNUBA to Royal Caribbean. I have e mailed RCCL to see if it is possible to do both SNUBA and 'Power Snorkel" while at Coki beach, and if there is a discound because transportation charges and admission fees are included in both excursions.
