Carnival Victory Breakfast time

What time does breakfast start on the Victory dining room or the buffet?

I believe the buffet starts at 6:00AM. That is when I would head to the gym, and people were already eating. I can't say exactly when the Dining rooms open for breakfast, since I never tried them for any meal except dinner.
