Lost Canopy Tour?????

Hi all! My hubby and I are heading to Belize on Explorer of the Seas in September and we are looking at what tours we want to do. My hubby loves the idea of the lost world canopy tour, but it seems a bit pricey ($99). I tried to find something comparable through an independent tour operator, but I haven't had any success. :confused: Do any of you know of anything similar? If not, has anyone done the tour operated by the cruiseship, and is it worth the money?

My husband and I did this in February on the Legend. It's brand new -equipment etc. We would do it again. A lot of fun - wasn't thrilled with the rapelling at first, but the second time was better. It is a rather long ride there hour or so - only regret is we did'nt have much time to shop afterwards.

Thanks for the info! It does sound right up my DH's alley. I would love to find something through an independent operator that would be less expensive tho!;)
