Diving through Private Tour Company?

Does anyone have any experience diving while in Cayman? I am on the Legend August 14th and try to avoid booking through Carnival... however, the three dive companies I've contacted (after reading reviews on TA) all said they can't accomodate the time we're there.

Their AM dives are too early for us, and the PM dives are a bit late... so I'm trying to find another option to dive. We'll be in port 10am - 6pm eastern, which I believe is actually 9am - 5pm there.

Any suggestions? :D

Your ship makes for a tough schedule to make a two-tank boat diving tour. You might want to consider shore diving instead, particularly if traveling with a buddy. There is very nice shore diving in West Bay near the Turtle Farm - either SunDivers at the Cracked Conch Restaurant or DiveTech at nearby Lantern Point would do nicely.
