I live in central Jersey, figure about 1 1/2 hrs from door to pier, I think 10:30- 11:00 limo pick-up getting me there 12-12:30is OK. Any input would be appreciated. THANKS.

You will be welcomed aboard with little or no line. (I've actually only experienced a 'line' that lasted all of 8 minutes when a huge group of us checked in all at the same time).

Your stateroom will not be ready until approx 2:30. You will be shown to a deck where you can enjoy lunch and then prowl around investigating the ship until you go to your assigned stateroom. When I "check in" early my big suitcase is normally delivered within a short period of time (if it isn't waiting for me).

We've only been on two RSSC cruises (Voyager/Navigator) and are scheduled for the FLL Voyager FLL - Funchal trip on 4/23. We've encountered no lines when arriving around 1 PM. After making our reservations at the specialty restaurants, we've headed straight for lunch - either by the pool or in the main dining room.
