What if you can't stop at GC

Hi, we will be in GC on April 13th and I want to book the Stingray City trip, but I read so often that the stop in GC gets cancelled. I haven't been able to find anyone's refund policy. Does anyone know if you get refunded if your stop gets cancelled? Thanks

You should email the tour operator you are considering and ask them directly what their deposit refund policy is. I think it is the policy for most of the operators to refund the deposit if your ship doesn't stop at GCM. I know for a fact that is the policy of Neptunesdivers.com

We have also confirmed a trip with Soto's where they clearly state if there are any weather issues or the ship does not dock they will not charge. They only charge (50%) if you are a no-show.
