Yep, Lincoln Dining Room...upper level.

We were Lincoln lower level. Might vary. We had to enter deck 3 from the bow. Also, we tried to go at off times and asked for a window seat 4 nights. They actually gave our party of 4 one each time! It was great and really sold us on ATD.
