Snorkel/Scuba in Grand Cayman

My friend and I will be on the Carnival Freedom 9/18-9/24. She would like to scuba dive while we are in Grand Cayman, but I am not certified, or do I have any desire to get certified. Does anyone know of any excursions/tours where she could scuba dive and I could snorkel?

Thanks in advance!

Your friend can do a shore dive at Eden Rock (right in town 2 minute walk from the tender area), Sunset House (less than 5 minutes from town) or Turtle Reef at the Cracked Conch/Macabuca restaurant/bar(up near the Turtle Farm, 15-20 minute ride) and you can snorkel. Eden Rock is better snorkeling and Turtle Reef is better diving. Sunset House has the best bar, though Macabuca at the Cracked Conch is pretty comparable.

Sting Ray City dive site is also good for snorkelers (as opposed to the Sting Ray City Sand Bar site most excursions go to).
