Platinum or Golden Dining Room

Which dining room is nicer on the Glory? Which time slot usually fills up the quickest? Thanks.

The Platinum is the dining room that is at the back of the ship and a bit more difficult to get to - 5:45 and 8:00 p.m. seatings. The Golden is more at the center of the ship right by the atrium with 6:15 and 8:30 p.m. seatings. We're sailing on the Glory in less than two weeks. We're hoping for the Golden second main seating (6:15 p.m.). It is my understanding that your dining room assignment is based on your cabin assignment.
