RCCL Website - pricing out cruises

I have been having problems for over a month where it intermittently won't let me price out a cruise... it flakes out and tells me there are like 700 cruises with my parameters.

 

Anyone else having issues lately?

I've had that happen a few times. What drives me nuts is that when I choose a balcony stateroom category, each time a pop up asks me if I want to upgrade to a Junior Suite. If I wanted a Junior Suite, I'd click on that category. Then, they automatically assign me a stateroom without giving me the chance to browse.

The upgrade question is really annoying, particularly when they ask whether you want to upgrade from a balcony to a loft suite (since that is all that is available).

 

As far as them choosing a cabin, you just need to click on the Change cabin icon and they will display up to 15 cabins in that category.

if you continue to have this conflict try:

 

1) repeating the same process using another web browser on the same computer

 

if this doesnt help you then tru

 

2) repeating the same process on another computer in another facility...not just another computer in your house.
