Any suggestions on who has the best snorkeling

We will be sailing to St Thomas, Antigua, Tortola, and Nassau in February, and we're only going to snorkle at one island. Trying to make the best choice.

Out of those choices, I would take a taxi from the ship to Coki Beach in St. Thomas. It is about $8 per person each way and free admission to Coki with good snorkeling from the beach. Very easy entry, even for children. Go early in the morning before the crowds arrive so you can return to the ship and have time to shop in the afternoon. You can rent lounge chairs and buy drinks there as well. It is right next to Coral World...taxis will be available to get back as well.
