Pack and Go Decrease--OBC??

About a month ago I booked a 7 day cruise on the Conquest for 12/4 with a pack and go rate. Today I noticed the same sailing is offered under the pack and go specials for this week. The current rate is $60 cheaper than the rate when I booked. Since the rate I booked was a pack and go rate and the drop in price is a pack and go rate, would I be eligible for OBC? The cruise was paid in full at the time of booking.

It it's before final payment they should adjust the price by refunding you the difference on your CC since you paid in full~ after final payment date you will not receive any OBC for the difference, you might be able to upgrade to a higher category is that's cheaper than what you paid. But no OBC with P&G rates~sorry~ only those who book the Early Saver rates are eligible for OBC after final payment~
