Can't make online payment for my cruise

Wednesday of this week I changed my reservation from Freedom of the Seas 8/12/12 to Oasis of the Seas 8/11/12. Today I went online and was going to make a payment on my wife and I's cruise but alas there is no option for me to make a payment. I have been chatting online with a RCCL rep and they are guessing that when I switched cruises it removed me from the owner of my reservation and there is no way to get it back. Has anybody experienced this before. I don't like the idea of not being the owner of my own reservation. I don't want to have to make a phone call and talk to someone every time I want to make a payment on our cruise. I'm thinking I am going to have to make a phone call and have this issue escalated. :mad:

It may take a few days for the reservation details to be sorted out. I changed rooms on our Enchantment cruise for 15 October, and it took two or three days for the info to be updated properly.
