Time to arrive at Dawn Peir

I'm wondering if it's too early to get to the pier at 11am. Do you think that there will be a long wait for those leaving the ship? Although the schedule says that the ship will be ariving at 7am (private charter). What is the earliest you've ever gotten on as well as the latest? Thanks!

We got off the Dawn last Sun. at about 11:00am. It was bedlam! People were arriving to board while others were still trying to find their luggage, go through customs and wait at the curb for taxis and pick-ups. I would advise you not to arrive before noon.
