Earliest you can drop off luggage at Sydney OPT?

We will be staying at the Marriott Circular Quay and boarding the Rhapsody from the OPT. On the morning we board we were planning to go have breakfast the Pancakes on the Rocks, which would have us going right past the OPT. What's the earliest we can drop off our luggage? Seems like it might be easiest to check out of the hotel, drop off our bags, grab breakfast, check out the harbour one last time, and then board. I know we can board around 11:30, but was hoping to drop the bags off sooner, we we won't have to make a trip back to the hotel.

 

Also, if anyone has any other breakfast or great restaurant suggestions in the area, it would be appreciated!

The earliest Ive ever dropped bags off at Circular Quay is 10:30am. I know they have cracked down on it a bit lately though, so usually we try not to get there before about 11 at the earliest. As for breakfast ... plenty of places at the rocks or in Circular Quay if you feel like a stroll. It really depends on what you feel like I guess :-)
