wezie Posted October 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Hi. I am hoping that someone can help me. I have a Bank of America Total Rewards credit card, which means that any of my purchases earn me points towards my Harrahs total rewards account. Awhile back, I heard that I can change my points from my credit card into an on board credit on a Norwegian cruise. I tried calling both NCL and Harrahs today and wasn't able to get it done. Has anyone ever done this and if so, can you let me know how I go about it? Thank you!!
djmess Posted October 21, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 21, 2011 I have an NCL BOA rewards card and I can go onto the worldpoints reward website (google it) and enter my card number and it brings me to the website. Not sure about the trasfering between the harrahs and NCl, but I think you can look for a travel option in the rewards and NCL pulls up. I also have a general BOA rewards card and I think I saw NCL on it, but I could be mistaken. On another note, I was attempting to cash in some points the other day and the website was not working well. When I called they told me it should be back to normal by Friday. Hope this helped a little

They're the ones who book cruises based on your Harrah's play.
Philob Posted October 21, 2011 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2011 I got the NCL card when it was an NCL card and you got extra points for any purchases with NCL. After BofA took over it became (to me) like any other rewards card. Now if I have enough points rather than trying for OBC or fare reduction, I just cash out for a statement credit.
