Hi there~ I was wondering, how do I go about booking excursions without using the cruise ship to do so. Someone on another board told me if I go to the ports board you guys could help me! We will be in GeorgeTown, Grand Caymen on Oct 12th. Whats the "must do's" and the "dont waste your time" list? Can you please lead me in the right direction :)

Read some of the posts and find one that talks about something you would like to do. Usually the tour operator is named in the post. If a link isn't given, just use google to find it.

There are also a couple of web sites that sell tours:

http://caymanislandsdiscounts.com/

http://grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com/

http://www.shoretours.com/Travel/Caribbean/Grand+Cayman/~port2~41~5

http://www.stingraycitytrips.com/

Most people consider a trip to Stingray City a "must do".

I think a trip to the turtle farm is one to skip. Some people are surprised when they find out that it isn't like a zoo, it is a farm where the turtles are raised as a product. Sure, some turtles are released back into the ocean, but the rest are grown for their meat.
