If the ship is on time, you should do just fine. If late???

Cabs are plentiful and the drive is about 20-30 minutes usually. Last cruise a few months ago traffic was really bad and I was at the airport about an hour after we got off the ship, usually I can make it in less time.

Is an 11:30a flight out of NOLA doable or is this cutting it too close?

Appreciate the help!

Yes, it's do-able, assuming the ship is on time and the port authority clears the ship for disembarkation fairly rapidly, which they usually do. It's about the earliest I'd want to schedule my flight out, but then I don't like to rush around and worry about missing a flight.

If you're on NCL, you can improve your chances by doing the "carry your own bags off" disembarkation. People doing this are usually the first off the ship. I'm sure Carnival has a similar program.
