New smoking policy on Liberty Lido deck

Does the smoking ban on Liberty Lido deck also include rear pool area?

The rear pool area on Lido has always been nonsmoking on the Liberty. I see both sides of the issue. The Lido area under the overhang near the main pool has always been the only area I can think of where there is a cover in case of rain. I've been on a rainy cruise on the Liberty and would really like to see them make some type of designated area with a cover in case of rain. Deck 10 is pretty much open to the elements all the way around if I remember correctly.
