amy2313 Posted November 10, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2011 I am looking into booking the swim with dolphins excursion but I haven't been able to find out if the excursion offered through Carnival is the "Royal Swim" program or the "Swim Adventure." Basically from what I've read online the tours offer different activities or experiences with the dolphins. For example, one does not do what is called the "foot push" swim. If that is not part of the tour the cruiseline offers, I was going to book directly with the Dolphin Swim company b/c this is something we definitely wanted to do. amy2313 Posted January 9, 2012 Author #2 Share Posted January 9, 2012 Well I see this thread got a lot of answers!! ;) I was able to find out through the cruise line that the Swim with Dolphins that they offer only includes: And dolphin portion details as follows Dolphin Swim, Stingray Interaction & Turtle Farm (417064) Time in water: 30 minutes Consists of: Kiss, handshake, belly ride, Boogie board push, & free time As my group was more interested in the Royal Swim that offers a number of other interactions with the dolphins and a longer period of time, is it an issue to book directly with Dolphin Discovery in Grand Cayman?? Please let me know your thoughts.
