msolberg Posted November 30, 2011 #26 Share Posted November 30, 2011 LOL...seriously??? between a 6 and an 8 day??? Yes, seriously. Actually it was the crew that pointed it out to us prior to our last 8 day (our third 8 day) which was in March and it was by far the oldest crowd on an 8 day yet. I just got off an 8 day and the age diversity was the same as every other one of my CCL cruises...ages 8 months to 88 years. Age diversity is one of the things I really enjoy about CCL. I imagine on my upcoming it will be different as it is a 15 day cruise....however, I just don't believe that on average, an 8 day will have that much a difference in passenger ages than a 6 or 7 day. jmo. SIENA6334 Posted November 30, 2011 #28 Share Posted November 30, 2011 8 days definitely. I'm going on my fifth cruise in Feb., (Freedom, Eastern Carribean) and they have all been 7 or 8 days. If I could I would do a 10 or 14 day, but alas, my finances won't allow that. Maybe someday!!!!!;)
HeatherC430 Posted November 30, 2011 #29 Share Posted November 30, 2011 I'm doing BOTH on my first back-to-back! We booked the 8 nights first because of the ports! When I saw the price of the 6 night (I deal I thought!) and booked that too!
