This was our 3rd cruise with him and his selections for the special wine dinner was the best we ever had. Started with unlimited Verve Cliquot, then Brunello, Port, Ice wine and a Pommard Burgundy among others. And unlike many of these dinners we attended there was plenty of wine and all decanted.
