Lydia B. Posted December 16, 2011 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2011 Howdy, does St. Thomas have pharmacies similar to Cancun or Cozumel. I like to pick up some penicillian to keep on hand. In Cancun they are fairly large, no prescription needed and offer a variety of drugs that in the US we have to have scripts for. e.g. alergies, sleep aid, etc. Thanks so much, did a search on the St. Thomas board with no luck. Also going to Tortola and Antigua, so same question for those ports. Merry Christmas, Lydia of Ohio
DaDivaMom Posted December 16, 2011 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2011 St. Thomas is a US Virgin Island so it is subject to US law in most cases therefore you need a prescription for the same drugs that you would need one for in the US.
NeuroQueen Posted December 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted December 16, 2011 We were just there over Thanksgiving and the pharmacies are nothing like Coz. Maybe I just went to the wrong one, but I think the above poster has it correct since they are part of the US! Have a great cruise!
