ScubaMare Posted April 10, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 10, 2005 I don't know the names of the various horseback riding tour companies, but I know that CozumelInsider can book a tour for you with one. Sherri picks the most reputable tour providers on the island. I think it would be a good place to start anyway: http://www.cozumelinsider.com/Anhorse?From=Adventure
solita Posted April 11, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 11, 2005 The only company I would ever use or recommend is Rancho Buenavista. They take excellent care of their horses and the tour is great. If you will do a search you will find several nice reviews on them here.

IslandJim Posted April 19, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 19, 2005 Hacienda Azcorra is about 3/4 mile south of Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal (close to town). I've not taken their tour, but it's about $35 I think. There was a good review on another bulletin board forum. Tour includes a stop at the hacienda where you enjoy a drink beside the garden pool; you can even stick around and swim I understand.

IslandJim Posted April 19, 2005 #9 Share Posted April 19, 2005 To call Gregorio at Hacienda Azcorra, from the U.S.A., dial 011-52 (987) 878-1804 if you are calling locally, dial 044 (987) 878-1804. He speaks fluent English.

solita Posted June 27, 2005 #12 Share Posted June 27, 2005 Yes, every day. If you book a horseback tour through Carnival or any other cruiseline, this is the company you will be with. They are great. Website just must be sick.
