No handicap parking deals in Tampa (only Miami) would suggest staying at a hotel such as HI or Tahitian Rocky Point which has free parking and shuttle service. If you decide to park at the port the parking garages are fairly safe.

There are parking places that are $5.99 or $4.99 a day plus shuttle.

One quick note - HAL's Ryndham docks at Terminal 6, which is a couple of blocks north of the other two terminals. Parking for T6 is an outdoor lot (fenced & secure) that is located right at the Terminal building. The garage referenced is used by the other two terminals.

Charleston SC terminal has free handicap parking or at least they did 2 years ago.....
