Norwegian Spirit Review - 12/18/11 - 12/25/11

Once again - Loved your review! Rather than re-read it to get an answer (if you mentioned it), was there a coffee pot in your cabin? I noticed you had a balcony cabin. Read somewhere today that there will be a coffee pot, but they might be in a suite. Also, I believe I read somewhere that they will be adding refrigerators in February. That and the coffee pot would be nice. Guess I could call NCL and ask if no one knows for sure. Thanks... :)

Yes there was a coffee pot in my cabin. It is like the one you would get in a hotel room. That would be cool if they did add refrigerators.

Margaret: Thanks so much for the reply. I figured I could depend on you! I looked at the pic of your cabin and did not see one. After I posted my question, I called NCL and they said they did not have a coffee pot in my balcony cabin. Also, when I printed my edocs, it said the cruise terminal would be Erato St. and it's actually Julia St. (which they did confirm was wrong on the edcos when I called). So they probably just don't have all of their info. updated. Guess we'll see if the fridges are added? Coffee on the balcony in the am without leaving my cabin or ordering room service! Sweet! :)

Your welcome. The reason you never say the coffee pot in the room is because I put it under my bed. The table was way too small and I don't drink coffee so I just put it under my bed. Eventually they found it and removed the coffee pot but left the other stuff that went with it. If for some reason your room doesn't have it you can always order it for breakfast and they will bring a coffee pot in the morning for you.

Amazing review, pictures and videos! I didn't see a Daily for Day 6, did you have one to post? Also, what did you think of all the shows onboard? Did you feel much movement on the ship?

Again, thanks!:D

That was weird I thought I posted Day 6 Daily. I do have it, just have to scan it and post it. I will do that later...good catch.

As far as the shows they were great! I didn't go to all of them but the ones I did go to was really great. My favorite was Elements! If you love theatre you will love the shows on the ship. Great singers, great dancers, great acrobats, great magician, great all around.

There were times I did feel movement on the ship and that was mostly in the front. The nightclub and the casino I noticed it the most. It was weird dancing because in order to stay balanced we had to walk or jog in the same way the ship was rocking. It wasn't that bad too me. I don't get seasick so I didn't mind. It may or may not bother you. But the middle and the back of the ship I didn't feel that much movement.

Two more questions for you - what night was the White Hot Party? Was there a Mystery dinner/lunch offered, and how much was it?

Thank you!

The White Party for me was Thursday night which was kinda a bummer because I had to get up early the next morning for my excursion. I didn't have that much sleep because I stayed up til 1:30ish. The White Hot party is until midnight and the White Hot After Party was at midnight until...in the nightclub. I didn't a Mystery dinner/lunch. There could have been one but I missed it. You might want to look for it in your dailies.
