RizzoLee Posted January 7, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2012 We're going on our baby's first cruise next week - and we've been to GC twice ourselves already. The only thing we haven't done is the beach, but are having a hard time deciding which stop to go to. Which would you recommend for a 9 month old? We'll be taking a cab, will need beach chairs and an umbrella. A restaurant/bar for those drinking is necessary as well. We were thinking Royal Palms. TIA! mufasa0505 Posted January 7, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2012 I'm wondering this, too. We'll have a two-year old.
staceyeileen Posted January 8, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 8, 2012 I'd love to know this too. We are cruising with our 2yo. :)
Malloryb Posted January 9, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 9, 2012 I've been inquiring about this as well. I will be traveling with an 18 month old. From what I am gathering Royal Palms Beach is a good choice. Apparently, it's closest to cruise terminal, has change rooms. :)
Malloryb Posted January 9, 2012 #5 Share Posted January 9, 2012 Also, look into Sea Grape Beach, there is more sand and possibly a play area???
mrsfuzzmo Posted January 9, 2012 #6 Share Posted January 9, 2012 i'd head to Rum Point. Plenty of calm waters (usually) lots of shade, sand, hammocks and food and drink to boot!

kellieann5 Posted January 12, 2012 #8 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Are the parents lugging a car seat along? We're bringing our 18 month old and I don't know how we're going to get to the beach without our car seat.
