Buying Wine AT SF pier

Would appreciate any tips on buying reasonably priced but decent wine at the pier in San Franciso. Going on Sept. 26 rt. SF to Mexico. Starting out in Vancouver and will disembark to meet brother joining us in SF. Thanks for any suggestions:o

You will be at Pier 35, near the Fisherman's Wharf area, primarily a tourist spot. Not far away (four blocks maybe?) is Cost Plus World Market. They carry a nice selection of reasonable wines, from California and elsewhere.
