Beverage Package Question

I remember reading that some of the ships have a wine tasting venue where you can purchase wine by the glass via your card in a machine. Are these glasses of wine covered by the beverage package (allowing for price of course being within your limit)?

Unfortunately they are not covered. On the Equinox there was a sign on the wine dispenser that stated the wine was not covered by either package.

Don't let that but you off either package, there are loads of good wines sold all around the ship that fall within both packages.

Too bad, I thought that would be really cool. I imagine it would lead to the possibility of a lot of abuse. Besides, the card system would require some major programming to detect, subtract the allowance and bill only if there was a remainder.
