yj2cute Posted January 20, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2012 I see that Entertainment Tours provides bus transportation to the Baltimore pier for RCCL ships and to NY for Carnival ships, but I just called them and they advised me they do not provide transport for Carnival to Baltimore and the Pride. Carnival also advised me that they do not provide motor coach transport to the pier, only airport transfers. Does anyone know of a bus service from NJ to the Baltimore pier? madelinerose Posted January 21, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Does anyone know of a bus service from NJ to the Baltimore pier? Not to the pier, but you could take Bolt or Megabus to Baltimore's Penn Station and a taxi to the pier (approx 5 miles). Or, Amtrak to Penn Station and a taxi to the pier. ;)
madelinerose Posted January 21, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Oops, looks like Bolt doesn't service NJ, but it looks like Megabus leaves from Secaucus. Sorry. Amtrak's still a good option if you don't want to drive. ;)
yj2cute Posted January 21, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Thanks for the response. I just looked and thought I saw Bolt went to Newark Penn Station. I didn't see Megabus stopping in Secaucus. I'm going to double check now. Edit: I just checked, Bolt does go to Newark and Megabus does go to Secaucas. Thanks for the suggestions! These options will probably come out cheaper than the cruise bus program anyway!
madelinerose Posted January 21, 2012 #5 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Oh, didn't see Bolt going to Newark. Hope it works out for you. Just fyi...you can redeem Amex points for Amtrak fare and AAA gives you a 10% discount. ;)
