Fort Hamilton Moat

My Daughter and I were in Bermuda last April on the Pride. We did a wonderful walking tour of Hamilton but I was disappointed that the moat at the fort was closed. I was looking forward to seeing the plants that have been discussed.

 

We are going back on the Enchantment in June. Does anyone know if the moat will be open? I know it was open at the end of last summer (based on a review I read) but I also read that it is closed periodically but can not find a schedule.
