How many Formal Nights on Paradise?

The husband and I will be going to the western Caribbean this next winter on Carnival Paradise, so of course I'm planning my wardrobe now! I was wondering how many formal dresses to pack for a five night cruise, one or two? And also, has anyone rented from RenttheRunway.com? Might as well go with a designer gown for our special evening(s). My hubby will be renting a tux from Carnival, but is it worth it to get the nicer, more contemporary tux rental package? I will be grateful for anyone's opinion. Thanks!

I have never rented from Carnival, but it sure would be nice NOT to have to pack all that stuff, especially DH's huge shoes. :)
