Hawaii Cruise

We are thinking about the 7night Hawaiian cruise New Years Eve. Does anyone know of the sea conditions that time of year there? Someone told us the sea is rough around the Islands that time of year. Has anyone booked the Family Suites on NCL with the two bedrooms and two baths. We are trying to decide between that and two balcony cabins.

We sailed Hawaii in December and were told that November and December is the wet season. The seas are usually rough this time of the year but we didn't have any problems. The cruise three weeks before ours missed two ports because of rough seas. Can't help you with the the cabin question, we had inside cabins and were rocked to sleep. I wouldn't recommend getting a cabin up front where the ancor dropped. You talk about alot of racket?#! Other than that it was a great vacation. Tim and Cathy
