Cancelled tours

This past week, our Magic ship cancelled our stingray excursions because of rough water. We had scheduled the Catamaran sail to the Stingrays. There was another excursion to the stingrays cancelled as well. I do know that the excursion to Hell, Turtles and then the stingrays did go. These were all ship excursions through Carnival. Just wanted to let you all know that this could happen. They of course returned our money and offered to let us do something else if there was an opening.

Yes this just happened on our Freedom cruise March 8th, 2012. We luckily had booked a private excursion and our tour still went on. A lot of people were mad that the ship cancelled the night before. The weather changed and the waters were fine by morning.
